The Dumb Shout

'The Dumb Shout' was realized for a sculpture class in 2002. Brief was to create a bust, technic and medium were free.
Living near an old factory led me to use old metallic and mechanical parts that I welded together to form this proposition.
The big vu-meter eyes of this anti technology robot make it look surprisingly human.
But its dumbness makes that one-of-its-kind looking lonely, even coming to an imminent self termination.
